What We Do
Brave Heart is a long-term transitional housing program dedicated to supporting homeless, pregnant women and their newborns in crisis as they work to make lasting life changes. Brave Heart provides individualized and holistic support to ensure no mother walks her journey alone. Each resident receives personalized care designed to promote healing, empowerment, and long-term stability. We walk beside every mother, helping her navigate the full network of community resources and supporting her every step of the way.

Brave Heart is building a long-term, generational model of healing and stability. Our work begins with safe housing and grows into a full continuum of care that strengthens families, restores hope, and expands opportunity.
Phase I – 2026 | Maternity Home Launch
- Trauma-informed housing and wraparound support for pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and their infants experiencing crisis.
Phase II – 2027–2028 | Trauma-Informed Daycare
- Launch a trauma-informed daycare supporting Brave Heart families and community foster families, while increasing maternal stability, employment, and engagement in care.
Phase III – 2028–2029 | Infant Recovery & Tiny Home Pathway
- Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) Infant Recovery Care Center with caregiver support, alongside a Tiny Home Pathway supporting long-term independence and stability.
